I had the Chuck Roast Sandwich on a Pretzel Roll and it was delicious. I got the gravy on the side because they tuck alot of meat into that pretzel roll. You could actually eat this with silverware too - it's a meal. I followed that up with an O&H Bakery Cyclops and it made for a great foodie day and all for under $10. "I call that a bargain."

The staff has always been friendly and the food is quality. Seriously, the restaurants in the Franklin/Oak Creek area are horrendous. This restaurant is like an Oasis in a food desert filled with chains restaurants and bar food.

We were not impressed. Went on a Friday night. Place was fairly busy. Soda station was a mess. Dishes, napkins abd garbage on counter. Food was overpriced. Staff was not friendly. Not a good value for your money. The good thing was that they sold kringle.

Stopped by for breakfast. They bring baked goods up from O&H Bakery in Racine (always amazing). My dad had the Farmer's Breakfast, which he enjoyed. Pretty standard eggs, ham, and hashbrowns. Really good multigrain toast. I had a egg sandwich on a croissant, which was also good. A step up from a fast food place, with really good bacon. Less than $10 for both of us and we both walked away feeling satisfied. Also, it took only about 5 minutes to get our food.

Leave it to my dad to drag me across the suburban wastes to eat in a former car wash or whatever the hell this place used to be. Honestly, The Dish is way better than I thought it would be. I had the Mardi Gras Chicken sandwich, which had bacon, provalone and a red pepper aoli. The chicken was a bit rubbery, but altogether it was pretty decent. Pops ordered a grilled chicken ciabatta and was pleased with it. The best part about the Dish is that they bring in goods from O&H Bakery of Racine, AKA the best thing that ever happened. My diabetic dad shed a tear on the way out the door after drooling over the Pecan Custard Rings. I'll be back to gorge myself on kringle and danish some other time, because rubbing his nose in it just isn't nice. Get the raspberry kringle, thank me later. You're welcome in advance.

Generic pasta place..... thought there would be more sandwiches to go along with the stuff, but not so much. When we sat down at our table it smelled as if a WET DOG was sitting there before us, quickly I realized the table was cleaned with an extremely dirty dishrag that must have been sitting around for weeks!! We moved to another table, but of course smelling something like that always makes you question a places cleanliness. YIKES.

Solid food, but easily forgettable. Friendly staff, huge menu, but kind of a strange location.

This is the original Kringle and I absolutely love it! The had so many varieties of FRESH Kringle for purchase. We no longer have to go all the way down to Racine. There is a coffee shop with a beautiful dining room, with many sandwiches and cafe type meals. You can also use the drive-thru! The staff was very upbeat and helpful!

This review ignores the kringle, which is awesome. Perhaps I'm a victim of my own expectations, but I was hoping to have a sit down, look at a menu and get waited on type of experience. Instead, it's order at the register, sit at a table and wait for your name to be called. Grab your own napkins and utensils. (I got the last knife, and it wasn't refilled before we left. I had the turkey focaccia sandwich. It was good, but small and pricey. $8 for sandwich, chips and pickle. Brother had a breakfast platter, and thinks it was the wrong one. Food was OK, with exception of "unidentified mush" which I believe was the "Hash brown casserole". One thing that struck me as odd-- I paid with my debit card, and she handed me a receipt and pen, telling me it wasn't necessary to sign. I noticed it had a place to add a tip on the receipt. Since there is no real waitstaff, I didn't tip. But I'm hoping this place is exempt from the restaurant minimum wage rules, and must adhere to the regular minimum. I would hate to think they get paid less than $3/hr with little chance of getting a tip.

3 different people with different tastes hungry for dinner while driving through town (actually trying to find Panera). Thanks Yelpers for guiding us here. Husband loved his turkey on foccacia. Kid happy with shrimp and pasta. I had mixed garden salad with warm chicken on top. Just ok. Too much iceberg lettuce, could use more veggies than fat cucumber slices, red onions and a few grape tomatoes. All the bakery items looked delicious and will be back to try them. Yummy breadsticks, too.

I love this place. They have many food choices and the bakery is top notch. The breakfast menu features many great selections.

I am a fan. Finally another local little place I can eat at while I'm working in Oak Creek with.....Free WiFi :) It's a standard fare, order at the counter wait to be called. Some breakfast items, a bakery counter (With fresh Kringle), lunch and dinner options as well. I had a fresh mozz and tomato panini, definitely was fresh with good bread. Small-ish portions, price is typical. Seems like more of a sandwich and pizza place than a salad place. Don't go in with super high expectations, it's a diner. If you're trying to be a good steward of local, step outside of the Panera and give the Dish a try. People are nice and they have Alterra coffee.

Great place hidden behind a gas station. Good selection of real food. Plus they have a drive through. It is not fast food, though. More like quick food. Pizza is great and they have a good selection of bakery/breakfast items as well.

I was out in Wisconsin on business and the Dish was recommended to me. I was told that the Mac N Cheese was to die for so I decided to give it a try. I was quite disappointed. The Mac N Cheese was kind of soupy which I'm not used to at all. My two friends that were with me were also disappointed in their food. I didn't even finish it all which is odd for me. I do not recommend the dish. If you're in Franklin, try the Hideaway which is definitely amazing.

I'm giving the stars for the O&H side only. Bakery is delicious. There's an original doughnut that is soft and chewy. Just enough sweetness too. Yum! The Kringle is amazing. Way better than that other shall remain nameless Kringle you find in the grocery store. I brought a cherry cheesecake Kringle for a friends birthday. Was gone in 20 min. Brought my mom a chocolate chip, pecan Kringle. Um....that was even better. I made her take it home with her so I wouldn't eat the entire ring of goodness.

My family really enjoys the pizza! We call ahead and pick-up at drive-thru window. Last week I had carry-out lunch of Spinach Artichoke Ravioli and ate at my desk. It was delicious...about $7 bucks and it sure beats fast food.

The Dish responded to my issues and politely apologized for the miscommunication. I appreciate any business that is willing to do this, especially in the age of instant feedback.

The Dish is like fast food Italian. There is seating inside, but they also have a drive thru. They serve very large pasta portions that could easily serve two people. We've already tried the lasagna, mushroom ravioli, spinach ravioli, rigatoni tenderloin gorgonzola, turkey panini, & both breakfast sandwiches. Everything has been very good with the exception of the tenderloin pasta. The sauce was way too watery and it was almost like eating a pasta soup. As for the O&H side, this is the best Racine Kringle, and it's great to have a location to purchase this that is closer to Milwaukee. We used to drive often to the Racine locations for this because it's so good and made fresh daily. Also, where else can you get turtle, or red velvet flavored Kringle? Yum!

Just ordered pickup. Got it home and the philly cheesesteak had a tiny amount of meat - it struggled to cover half of the bun. The fresh mozzarella and tomato sandwich only had one sad, small slice of tomato on half of the sandwich and not one leaf of basil. See the pics I posted of our food next to the pics on the website. I drove it all the way back and the staff rudely said that the meat is pre portioned so there's nothing they would do. They said they could remake the tomato sandwich but still charge me full price. They called the manager who apparently told them to either refund and take back the food, or I could accept it and keep it. We let them take the food back and went somewhere with better service and food.

Love it. When I'm in town visiting the boyfriend, I stop here for a hot cup of coffee and maybe some kringle. Today, I decided to hang out and work on some homework and was so happy. So quiet, smells so good, generally pretty low-key and quiet, free coffee refills and great prices. There is only one outlet if you have your laptop, as I did. However, free coffee refills! This place would be awesome if it was near UCLA. (and they serve alcohol!?)

Although it looks like a drive through coffee shop, they actually serve full breakfast, some lunch and dinner, and it's a bakery. The Chief of Staff ordered Hoppel Poppel, which is always different but a descendant of German immigrant cuisine that's best in a Jewish deli situation. The best I ever had was at What's Cooking in Chicago, they've since retired. The version here was okay, they had a little trouble coordinating breakfast for two, so my eggs came cold, but otherwise it was pretty good. The baked goods are excellent, they have Kringle so that alone makes it worth the stop (it's not far off 94), we got a loaf of multi grain bread that was delicious. I also had some cake (it was calling me like Alice in through the looking glass telling me to, well I guess you could take it wrong if you haven't read the book), the baked goods are much better than the hot breakfast. Excellent fresh hot coffee, we'll be back.

I'm impressed with their new pizza delivery. I have not tried anything else... But it tastes well and is always on time. Worth a shot to try at least a few times! Update: very impressed with their customer service over the last few times. In the most recent weather with icy conditions, they gave their delivery drivers the night off. I fully respect their decision to do that. Furthermore, they offered a 25% discount if you were willing to come pick up yourself.
